Just a small animation I did yesterday for my "in the works" website... It's a flying ship from my comic, "Shadowless".... to be true, it's not an all-flash animation, since the ship herself was originally hand-drawn, and coloured in Painter 6, the same software I used to make the background and other minor details that I later traced in Flash (I used Flash MX 6) .... And on my site a lot of detail will be lost, since I intend to limit the movie's size to 500X480 pixels

well, i love this crossing between a ship and a plane, and so i want to ask, if i could use this ship as an inspiration for an total conversation of the pc game Homeworld 2 by relic. i am planning a universe in which wrecked colonist from an human mankinds colonozation spaceship who are falling back in time with their techniques and returning to a world war I and II style mixed with some sience fiction techniques. The most important thing in this universe is, that this planet on which the colonists wrecked, is some gas planet on which flying isles are the only grounds where the colonists can settle. to move to other isles they need planes and flying ships, so i will make the sience fiction homeworld 2 to a steampunk air combat game, and it would be cool to have ships like that here in... so please...

whoa..easy now... I still have a very long way to go until I can get as good as Faith.... and drawing is just a matteter of exercise.... if you draw every spare minute for some time, you will see you will get better and better... unfortunately, that takes time... a lot of time....

i agree completely, hmm i guess 20 years is a long time =P and i probably don't draw as much as i should but that's beside the point the point is you're an amazing artist, plus you have the mental capability to do comics, something i seem to lack... or maybe i'm just the victim of a very short attention span when it comes to working hard. Either way you kick my ass at the art thing.

20 years? Who ever told you I began drawing comics that early? Try only a couple! (just look at my older deviations... they are a total mess!) .... and like I said, it's all a matter of practice... and I'm lazy....

i ment i've been drawing for 20 years, which is a bit of a lie, there was probably a two or three month span where i couldn't hold a pencil =P
