Just showing off my Painter colouring skills, for a contest here: [link]
The lineart was drawn by the talented french comic artist Philippe BUCHET[link] and represents Navis, from his comic "Sillage" [link]
For those who know the comic: yes, I realize Navis has white instead of red stripes, but this works better with the colour scheme I chose....
Colured in Painter 6 using a mouse (I have a Wacom tablet on my computer, unfortunately I am some 200kms away from home....)
